TREVOR MARDLING

Trevor was admitted as a solicitor in 1969 and moved to Stone in 1976 from the partnership of another local practice.

Trevor has considerable experience in conveyancing wills probate, family matters and commercial transactions.

He is Duty Solicitor and has considerable experience in court advocacy in all criminal and motoring matters in the Magistrates Court.

RICHARD SCHOLES LLB

Richard was born and educated in Staffordshire and joined the legal profession in 1984 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1992.

He joined Crick & Mardling in 1995 and became a partner in 1997.

Richard specialises in all property transactions both residential and commercial including landlord and tenant matters and in all family and matrimonial disputes. Richard also undertakes company and commercial transactions of all kinds.
